We are pleased to share that the CII National Committee on Retail initiative, CII India Retail Summit 2020, with the theme this year “Innovation in the New
Reality– To Survive and To Thrive” is scheduled for Tuesday, 24 November 2020 at CII Digital Platform.
The Summit, over the last few years has established itself as an ideal platform for policy advocacy and networking between key stakeholders to develop
strategies towards helping build a robust Retail Ecosystem.
This year, a special focus will be on "Innovation in the New Reality– To Survive and To Thrive". The Covid-19 pandemic has forced retailers, globally and in India, to
adopt multiple innovative strategies to protect topline & bolster margins. They are facing with the twin challenge of surviving / being resilient in the immediate
term and winning in the midterm. In the retail summit, we intend to distil learnings from these innovations and discuss the potential steady state business
models for retailers.
