Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in association with Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and Antrix Corporation and supported by NewSpace India Limited (NSIL) is organizing an International Space Conference and exhibition, scheduled from 15 September – 10 October 2020 over digital platform.
The Indian space program, over the years, has evolved into a multifaceted enterprise providing essential infrastructure and services in telecommunication, broadcasting, navigation, space science, meteorology and natural resources management. ISRO has pursued the conscious policy of building and nurturing industrial capabilities in the country to support the space program.
Adding to this, the announcements made by Government of India this year in May, further promises to spur the growth of private sector and increase industry's share in the Indian Space and global space market.
With focused theme- ‘Ushering the new era for Indian space sector’ , the event aims to facilitate and strengthen industry’s participation in manufacturing of satellites, launch vehicles and using space applications in various sectors.
