Technology Summit over a period of more than two decades has been instrumental in providing significant opportunities to forge and foster bilateral technology partnerships.
The relation between India and Singapore dates back to 14th century when Singapore was a juncture in the ancient route between India and Southeast Asia. Since then, there has been an upswing in the science, technology, trade and investment ties between India and Singapore. Today, Singapore ranks 8th among the 132 economies featured in the Global Innovation Index (GII) 2021. As India marches towards its 75th year of Independence in 2022, it is important to build this momentum further and take Indo-Singapore partnership to the next heights.
The aforesaid summit shall provide the right platform to further deepen this interaction, explore further opportunities in the businesses and investment arenas, and to scale up the bilateral cooperation. The summit is expected to be a turning point as it will lead to an interaction amongst a wide gamut of technology experts, government leaders, eminent academicians, industry stalwarts and start-ups from India and Singapore.
