CLIMATE ACTION PROGRAMME 2.0° AWARDS
CII-ITC Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Development, with DSM's support, initiated the Climate Action Programme (CAP) 2.0° for Indian industry in 2018, with an objective to recognise and drive meaningful corporate action on climate change, and promote the integration of such action into organisational business models and processes. Based on a CII Climate-Maturity model and using the principles of business excellence framework, CAP 2.0° uses a three dimensional assessment methodology to raise the bar on climate action. A team of qualified CII-certified CAP 2.0° assessors look at applications over a period of five months and provide unbiased analysis. The CAP 2.0° is overseen by an independent non-industry based Jury.
