IGNITE - The future lies with us
CII IWN Global Leadership Summit- 2022
In a recent survey “What Women Want Survey” conducted with professional women by CII IWN, 534 women expressed their views and made it evident that they work because it gives them a sense of identity, not just because they have to. 39% of the respondents expressed that their professional goal was to rise to the top of the industry/company that they were part of.
The CII Indian Women Network was formed in 2013 with the aim to serve as a platform for professional women and help them formulate networks and garner skills that enable them to enter, stay and rise in the industry. With this aim, the network along with the CII Women empowerment committee has undertaken many initiatives over the years to work with Government, Industry, and women to accelerate the entry, retention, and growth of women in the work force
The Annual Leadership Summit, is one such event that provides an opportunity for women to learn, upskill and build networks that will help them in their careers.
It is based on the inputs of the professional women, that the IGNITE Leadership Summit has been conceptualised as a two-day confluence of inputs from leaders, skill building sessions and structured networking opportunities for women to learn, upskill and build connects that will enable them professionally.

Focus – The summit will focus on how the pandemic has transformed the FUTURE OF EVERYTHING (Future of Leadership, Future of Education, Future of Work, Future of Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Technology) and what we have learnt about resilience and how we can lead the way for the new era- By breaking the bias, focussing on inclusion, equity, security, and opportunity for all. The summit will focus on how change can be used as an opportunity to advance our careers and skills and achieve our professional goals.
