The past two years have witnessed digital technologies driving transformative change. Economic paradigms are shifting and new technologies are reshaping product and factor markets which is profoundly altering business and work. Realising the need to rise up to the challenges thrown up due to the pandemic, CII - Centre for Digital Transformation (CDT) had initiated DX Ensemble in 2020 with the 1st edition highlighting the need for Exploring the Silver Lining in the form of technologies which could enable them to sustain and grow in the virtual scenario, due to the lockdown. With many organisations’ having successfully sailed through with the help of innovative strategies and digitally transforming themselves, the 2nd edition of DX Ensemble focussed on building a Digital 1st Strategy to leverage the benefits of digital adoption which had been witnessed during the pandemic. Today ,having adopted the technologies of virtual wok remarkably well, several organisations have moved towards a hybrid reality as the next phase of Digital Evolution.
In this context, CII - Centre for Digital Transformation is organising 3rd edition of its DX Ensemble from 23rd – 25th August 2022. The Theme for this 3rd Edition is “Hybrid Reality – The Next phase in Digital evolution”, scheduled on 23rd, 24th August( virtually) and physical programme on 25th August 2022 at Hotel Imperial, New Delhi. The 3rd edition of DX Ensemble will witness deliberations amongst CEOs, Senior leaders and experts deliberate on strategies that could be deployed in the Hybrid reality which would enable us to make our work lives more purposeful, productive, agile, and flexible which would be a win- win for the employees and the organisation as well. DX Ensemble has gained traction as a platform which witnesses deliberations on pertinent themes related to technology trends & digital transformation which is keenly followed by industry. The programme has evolved as an exclusive networking opportunity which will enable solution providers and seekers deliberate and exchange ideas and requirements for the Hybrid /ever -changing scenario, especially after the challenges industry has faced during and post the pandemic .
